We are so excited that you selected us and we are even more excited that we selected you to join our staff and we believe that you will be a valuable asset to our team. We look for people who not only are capable, competent and caring employees but who also add value to the culture. You can get a clearer idea of our culture by reviewing our purpose statement which really encompasses what we are all about.
The purpose of my leadership and the leaders that work in the restaurant is to give you a sense of belonging and making sure you feel cared for as you trust us with your employment and future. As a new Team Member, I challenge you to act as a steward of the responsibilities given to you as an employee at Chick-fil-A. We are excited to have you on board.

For Your First Day!
Your first day will start off with a two-hour, paid Orientation. Please park in the parking lot in any space that does not have an orange cone.
Make sure to complete your ZippyApp paperwork first and foremost. We cannot proceed with your onboarding if you have not filled out those files first. The quicker you get your ZippyApp paperwork in, the quicker we can get you started! Once your ZippyApp paperwork AND the paperwork below is completed, you will receive an email and text from our Leadership team to set up your orientation/first day! Please read through the items listed below and complete any steps necessary to better prepare you for your Orientation.
Make sure you are in your full uniform (hair pulled back, shirt tucked in, in black slip resistant shoes, belt cut down and fastened, name tag and mask on).
You will also need to bring your Social Security Card and your drivers license, or passport. Orientation will provide important information about your training shifts and set expectations for your time with us. After Orientation, you will begin your training.
You can park in the CFA parking lot the first day in any space that does not have an orange Curbside cone in it.
